Education Financing Intelligence for Better Outcomes
EduSpendNG is an education financing, policy intelligence and systems-strengthening platform established to improve how education resources are planned, allocated, released, tracked and connected to measurable education outcomes.
The platform is initially incubated by Young Leaders Network and serves as a digital home for education financing analysis, school census intelligence, policy implementation monitoring and technical support.
Its long-term direction is to grow into a specialised, independent education policy and financing institution.
To make education budgets, releases, school census evidence, policy commitments and sector performance easier to find, understand and use — for governments, development partners, civil society, researchers, journalists, legislators and citizens.
We monitor approved budgets, quarterly releases and expenditure patterns across federal, state and LGA education institutions.
We transform Annual School Census data into policy-oriented analysis that supports planning, budgeting and reform.
We track whether education policy commitments are financed, implemented and producing measurable results.
We support governments, development partners and CSOs with education financing analysis, policy development, ASC support and dashboards.
EduSpendNG is currently incubated by Young Leaders Network, a civil society organisation working to strengthen education, governance and public accountability in Nigeria.
YLN provides institutional support, project coordination and quality assurance while EduSpendNG develops its independent identity and operational capacity.
Visit Young Leaders NetworkEvery figure carries a source, period and update date. We distinguish between allocation, release, expenditure, output and outcome. We make clear what is approved, reported, provisional, estimated or independently verified.
We cite limitations. When data is incomplete, uncertain or methodologically constrained, we say so.
We correct errors visibly. When a figure is corrected, we retain a visible revision note containing the date, original value, corrected value and reason for correction.
